Privacy Policy
Know Your Bible (KYB) is conducted by The Kingdom Engineers. This page explains what information we collect and how we look after it.
Information we collect
When you register, we collect the details shown on the registration form, such as your name and, where enabled, your email address and mobile number. When you take part in the daily quiz we store your registration number, your submitted answer, and the time of submission.
How we use it
Your information is used only to run the Know Your Bible quiz: verifying participants, evaluating answers, maintaining score history, and announcing monthly results. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.
Retention
Submitted answers are kept for a limited period (10 days by default) after evaluation and are then deleted automatically. Your score history is kept permanently so that monthly and long-term results remain accurate. Administrative audit records are kept to protect the fairness of the competition.
Public results
Monthly results may display your registration number and your name (or initials) as configured by the organizers. Contact details are never shown publicly.
Storage and security
Data is stored in Google Sheets managed by The Kingdom Engineers and accessed only through secure server-side credentials. Access to review and administration tools is restricted to authorized team members.
Your choices
You may ask The Kingdom Engineers team to correct or remove your registration details at any time. Removing your registration ends your participation.
